About our gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for use both instore and online

Our Vouchers are redeemable against goods available on our website at www.scottbrothersbutchers.co.uk or can be redeemed for goods in one of our 4 stores. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in our shops and are valid for 12 months from their issue date.

We reserve the right to change the range of gift vouchers we offer without prior notification and have no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers once they have been delivered.

Ordering a gift voucher

You can buy a gift voucher like any other product on the Scott Brothers Butchers website. Just ‘Add to basket’ and then continue to Checkout to complete your order. You’ll be prompted to add in delivery details for sending the voucher and can add a personal message to the lucky recipient if you want.

Once we’ve processed your order and taken payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We’ll also send the gift voucher code to this email address if that is what you’ve asked for. If we receive your gift voucher order before 3pm, we’ll send it the same working day. Orders received after 3pm or on Sundays or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

Using your gift voucher

It’s easy to use your gift voucher. Once you’ve chosen all that you want from our site and added it to your basket, go to the main basket page. There you’ll see a ‘Voucher codes and special offers’ section. Just enter the electronic voucher code you received in the ‘Enter code’ box. If you have more than one voucher (lucky you) you can redeem as many as you want against an order.

If you do not spend the full amount of the voucher, we will give you a Scott Brothers Butchers account credit for the remaining amount.

If you prefer to use you’re your voucher instore, hand the voucher code to a member of staff at the point of purchase, the full voucher balance must be used in a single transaction.

Each gift voucher code is only valid for one use.

Refund / Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can request a refund on the gift voucher you’ve bought up until 14 days after you’ve received it. Refunds can only be made on gift vouchers that still have the full purchase value remaining on them. Please phone us on 01382 819417 to request a refund. We’ll then cancel the voucher code and process your refund within 3 to 5 working days.
