Made to our own recipe on our own premises, this is black pudding perfection. Slice it, fry it, grill it or heat in the oven. And it doesn’t just have to be for breakfast – it’s a versatile ingredient for other mealtimes too.
For a main meal portion, we recommend approx 200g (7oz) per person. If using as an extra to the meal, go with around approx 100g (3.5oz) per person.
Our shipping packaging keeps your order chilled for up to 48 hours. On receipt, put into freezer and store at < -18°C. Once the product has defrosted, store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. For reheating instructions see Preparation below.
