Our dry-aged Club Steak is a sirloin steak on the bone, matured for a minimum of 28 days, giving it extra flavour. Because it’s so tender, you can grill it or fry it and it also works brilliantly on the barbecue.
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5°C. See pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 12 months.
