Haggis & Sauce Gift Box

Our Haggis Gift for Burns Night is a traditional Haggis Ball together with a gorgeous accompanying choice of either Whisky Sauce or Creamy Peppercorn Sauce.The Haggis is made to our own family recipe here in the Scott Brothers kitchens and a choice of sauce comes from Whisky Sauce Company, a local Scottish producer we are proud to work with, or our own Creamy Peppercorn Sauce Pouches.Pass the gift on to your chosen person for some tasty Burns Night celebrations – or gift it to yourself!If you want us to deliver the Haggis Gift direct to your chosen recipient, please use our Post-a-Haggis service.

Wrap your Haggis Ball tightly in tin foil. Bring a pot of water to boil, put in the wrapped Haggis Ball and simmer to heat. Heating time will depend on the size of the Haggis, but a 1lb ball will take approximately 25 minutes.

Make sure the middle of the Haggis is piping hot before you serve it.
