Our award winning Stornoway style Black Pudding was created to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee, this is black pudding perfection. Choose from slices for convenience or a whole stick for bigger groups. This delicious, versatile superfood is perfect quickly fried for breakfast, pan seared with apples and Scallops as a starter or stuffed into a Chicken breast and roasted.
Why Black Pudding is a superfood?!
Serves:
For a main meal portion, we recommend approx 200g (7oz) per person. If using as an extra to the meal, go with around approx 100g (3.5oz) per person.
The slices are approximately 1cm thick and each stick should give approximately 24 slices
Storage:
Supplied chilled. Store at < 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.
