These tender chunks of lamb leg diced meat are leaner than diced shoulder of lamb. Slow cook in casseroles or tagines for a filling winter dish, or try them in curries or kebabs.
In a dish like a casserole, 454g (1lb) of Diced Lamb will generally serve four.
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5°C. See pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 6 months.
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and use in your favourite recipe.
