Our version of the Scottish classic Lorne Sausage, also known as Square Sausage. Fried up, our Lorne Sausage fits perfectly into a sandwich or into a delicious cooked breakfast.
Serves:
Generally, 454g (1lb) of sausage will serve around four, depending on the dish.
The slices are approximately 1cm thick and each stick should give approximately 24 slices
Storage:
Supplied chilled. Store at < 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.

Tried some of this last week with my order never had any before was very surprised, reminded me of a Beef burger taste almost had to order more for Christmas so ordered the Lorne Stick. This has to be my new favorite sausage.
