Use this Pork Loin Rack – sometimes known as Pork Rib Roast – for a show-stopping centrepiece to any special dinner. Roasted whole, it is then cut into chops at the table. Looks great, but easy to cook. Choose from the 2.5kg for 5 Rib or 4.8kg for the 10 Rib cuts.
We suggest having around 227g (8oz) of meat per person.
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5°C. See pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 12 months.
