Description
Use this Pork Loin Rack – sometimes known as Pork Rib Roast – for a show-stopping centrepiece to any special dinner. Roasted whole, it is then cut into chops at the table. Looks great, but easy to cook. Choose from the 2.5kg for 5 Rib or 4.8kg for the 10 Rib cuts.
Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and place in a roasting tray uncovered and cook at 140°C or Gas Mark 4 for 2 1/2 Hours.
