Pureety Original Potato Seasoning (40g)

Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside- that’s what you want from a roastie! With Pureety Original Ultimate Potato Seasoning (40g) it couldn’t be easier to make the perfect side dish to your meals.

You will need 1.2kg to 1.5kg for roast potatoes or 1kg for Wedges. Yiu will also need 150g - 200g of cooking oil, butter or dripping. Simmer your potatoes for 3-5 minutes, while they boil put your oil in a roasting tray and place on the top shelf of your oven. Preheated to 200C or Gas Mark 6. Strain your potatoes, and put them back in the pan or in a bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the par-boiled potatoes, while gently tossing them. Add your seasoned potatoes to the pre-heated tray carefully, and roast for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Turn every 12-15 minutes.
