Cooking Instructions
You will need 1.2kg to 1.5kg for roast potatoes or 1kg for Wedges. Yiu will also need 150g - 200g of cooking oil, butter or dripping.
Simmer your potatoes for 3-5 minutes, while they boil put your oil in a roasting tray and place on the top shelf of your oven. Preheated to 200C or Gas Mark 6.
Strain your potatoes, and put them back in the pan or in a bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the par-boiled potatoes, while gently tossing them.
Add your seasoned potatoes to the pre-heated tray carefully, and roast for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Turn every 12-15 minutes.

DURUM WHEAT, garlic powder (10%), sea salt, rosemary (3%), onion powder, garlic granules (1.5%), black pepper.
