Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Fry, Grill or BBQ to suit your taste.
Suggested recipe: Steaks with Pepper Sauce
First, take the steaks from the fridge and leave them at room temperature for 20 minutes. Crush some peppercorns and rub them into the steaks. Then melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and cook the steaks to your preferred finish. Once cooked, set the steaks aside to rest. Then get on with the sauce. Finely chop some onion or shallots and place in the frying pan on a medium heat until they start to brown. You can add some more crushed peppercorns if you want. Deglaze the pan with a splash of brandy and add some double cream. Reduce the sauce to your preferred consistency and serve over the steaks.
