These are difficult and challenging times as we all deal with the impact of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Here, at Scott Brothers, our committed team are working hard to help our customers continue to have access to the local, tasty food they love.

This is a changing situation and, depending on customer demands and supplier pressures, we may at some point have to restrict what people can order to core product lines only, but we will keep you informed.

With our local supply chains and strong supplier links, we have ample stock of Scotch Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken available to our customers.  We have also been expanding our online range to increase customer choice in line with our tasty in-store range including Ready Meals.

We already have very rigorous hygiene processes and have implemented further infection control procedures within our stores and kitchens.

We continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation and Government announcements, and will update you if there are any changes to our service.

How to get your Scott Brothers order

For all online orders, including Click & Collect, place your order before 6am two days before your chosen delivery or collection date (for example for a Wednesday delivery, order before 6am on Monday).  Please note, during these busy times, our delivery slots may be taken early, so our advice is to book ahead.

Local customers:

Our shops – All of our stores are open.

Click and Collect – Shop online or phone in your order on 01382 819417 and select to collect. There is no charge for the service and no minimum order. Please pick your order up from the store’s dedicated, queue-managed Click & Collect point, which is separate from the main shop area and clearly signposted.

Local Delivery – We provide a local delivery service if you live in a DD1 to DD5 or DD7 postcode area. Shop online or phone in your order on 01382 819417.  Alternatively, if you live in a 20-mile radius but not in one of these postcodes, please phone in your order. The delivery charge is only £2.95, and delivery is free for orders of £50.00 and over.

If you are able to opt for Click and Collect over Local Delivery, it will mean we can save delivery slots for others more vulnerable. Thank you.

National customers:

Just place your order with us online and choose a specific date. If your order is under £30 there is a £9.95 delivery charge. If your order is between £30 to £50, there is a £5.95 delivery charge. If your order is £50 or over, delivery is free. See our Delivery page for details.
