Our wholesale foodservice

We can supply our locally sourced, traditionally matured meat to businesses that are within a 30-mile radius of our Dundee base. We cover the whole local area, from Perth and Blairgowrie, across Dundee and Tayside to Montrose in Angus and North-East Fife.

Our wholesale customers include a wide range of businesses, from schools, hospitals and nursing homes to sporting venues, restaurants and hotels. Each wants the choice, quality and taste Scott Brothers can provide and needs the reliable and flexible service we deliver.

We’re a local business employing local people, with currently 75 staff, and have been butchers here in Dundee for a long time. With our 80 years of butcher know-how (and counting!), it’s no surprise that we’re very good at making sure our wholesale customers get the high-quality, tasty meat they want for their customers.

We have long-standing relationships with great local farmers and dry-age the meat for a minimum of 21 days, so you can rely on us to deliver a consistently good product time and time again.
