Perfect for pulled pork, our rolled Pork Shoulder keeps the juices in while cooking. Just put it in the oven at 130°C and leave for 4-5 hours. Easy and delicious.
We would suggest calculating the size of roast you want by allowing around half a pound of meat for each person.
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5oC. See pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 12 months.
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and place in a roasting tray uncovered and cook at 140oC or Gas Mark 4 for 2 1/2 Hours.
