For a tasty one-pot dish, simply dice a selection of your favourite vegetables and put into a high-sided roasting dish. Place the Chicken Legs on top and drizzle with oil, salt pepper and herbs. Put the dish into a preheated oven at 180° and cook for 30 minutes.
