Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season and sear on all sides in medium hot frying pan with a little melted butter, then place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C or Gas Mark 5 and cook for 15 minutes. (Medium)
