Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season and sear on all sides in a medium hot frying pan with a little melted butter, then place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C or Gas Mark 5 and cook for 15 minutes. (Medium)

A superb piece of beef full of flavour, which is unusual for fillet, and melt in the mouth, you don’t really need teeth for this cut. We have it cut into four pieces lightly oiled and cooked in a red hot pan for one and a half minutes each side then sprinkled with Malvern salt and served with a good pepper sauce. Yum Yum!!!
