Lamb Shoulder Rolled
A Lamb Shoulder Rolled joint, with its higher marbling, develops more flavour with cooking than the leg joint. So this is a top choice to slow roast for a perfect Scotch Lamb dinner.
Supplied chilled and Vacuum Packed. Store at < 5°C. See pack for shelf life. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and place in a casserole dish and cook at 140°C or Gas Mark 4 for 2 1/2 Hours.
