Big and beautiful, this 28-day dry-aged steak will satisfy the hungriest person. Its cut includes sirloin and fillet, and, you guessed it – a T-shaped bone, as well as natural fat marbling, which all adds up to fantastic flavour.

Incredible flavour, gorgeous texture. Melt in the mouth fillet side, slightly more toothsome on the sirloin side – as it should be – and just as soft and delicious. Will definitely be purchasing this again. PERFECT.

I have been shopping with you guys a while now and everything is good, except for the fact that the T bone steak I got wasn’t cut straight. It tapered down to a half inch at the bottom. seeing that this was going to be a problem to get an even cook, I decided to souz vide it to medium rare but it was the tenderest of steaks I’ve ever had. methinks ill stick to ribeye.
