This dry-aged Rolled Rib Eye Roast is the cream of the Rib Roasts – full of flavour and a family roast favourite. We mature the meat in-house for a minimum of 28 days. This maturation process breaks down the muscle tissues in the meat and gives time for the water to evaporate, resulting in deeper flavour and amazing tenderness when cooked.

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and sear on all sides in a medium hot frying pan. Place in a roasting tin, cover with tin foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C. Cook for 20 minutes per lb for Medium.
