A shortcrust pastry bridie filled with minced beef, onions and seasoning. Enough to brighten up any lunchtime.
A shortcrust pastry bridie filled with minced beef, onions and seasoning. Enough to brighten up any lunchtime.
Preheat oven to 180°C or gas Mark 4 (adjust accordingly for fan assisted ovens). Place on oven tray. Reheat for approximately 20-25 minutes. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Waited a long time for a Bridie this large and this good. Only slight downsize is the seasoning which can be rather strong for my taste but will not stop me buying again.

This is the first time for me to taste the lovely Bridie: my Scottish wife recommended them and I wasn’t disappointed: use a Scottish butcher and forget the supermarket copies.

Scott’s Bridies fantastic meal in themselves. Seasoning spot on for us resulting in a superb flavoursome pastry .The haggis and white pudding also delicious. Top Scottish butcher. We’ll be back!!
