One of our most popular steaks, our dry-aged Rib-Eye Steak is full-on, flavoursome and tender meat. Its natural marbling and our maturation for at least 28 days means great taste and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. Simply fry in butter and serve medium rare for steak perfection.

I had previously ordered 2 x Tom-a-hawk and 3 fillet steaks which we haven’t tried yet. However I decided to order these Rib eye steaks and my son says they are the best he has ever tasted. Will certainly be buying more in the future.

I bought two 340oz rib eyes and separated and froze them. previously these were great and the one I cooked today was okay too, not great because i couldn’t get an even cook as it wasn’t a straight cut. One end was thinner than the other so I had one half perfectly medium rare and the other a tad overcooked. if, when I take the other one out of the freezer and it’s the same ill just sous vide it, can’t go wrong there. will still be definitely buying again though.
