Thought by many to be the king of steaks, Fillet Steak is a butter-soft tender and lean steak. We mature our dry-aged Fillet Steaks for at least 28 days and they are so tasty you can keep the cooking beautifully simple. Just oil, season, fry for a minute or so each side in a very hot pan, and let the steak rest before eating. Enjoy.
Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Fry, Grill or BBQ to suit your taste.
