White Pudding (75%) [Suet, Onion, OATmeal, Water, Salt, Pepper], Batter (25%) [Batter Mix (Fortified WHEAT Flour, WHEAT Starch, SOYA Flour, Raising Agent (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Colour (Annatto)), Water, Salt, Pepper, Malt Vinegar (contains BARLEY), Baking Powder]. This product has been deep-fried in Beef Dripping.

Perfect. Brings back memories of sit in tea at the Deep Sea on Perth Rd from 40 years ago. Took a bit of trial and error to cook just right but I find 140C in a Philips Airfryer for 15 minutes does the job.

Ordered a number of packs at new year as you cannot get battered white puddings in chip shops in Derbyshire, they were amazing and I have just ordered more! (And will be doing so on a regular basis!)
