Cooking Instructions
Oven Roasted in 30 minutes
Simply remove the packaging, drizzle with oil and coarse salt for added flavour and place on a baking tray in the oven at electric 220C / Fan 200C / Gas Mark 7
Boil in 4 minutes
Empty pack into a pot, bring water to the boil for 3-4 minutes. Drain and then serve or mash.
