Scotch Pies

Our Scotch Pies are double-crust pies filled with minced beef.  A traditional favourite, they're handmade on our premises.

Preheat oven to 180°C or gas Mark 4 (adjust accordingly for fan assisted ovens). Place on oven tray. Reheat for approximately 20-25 minutes. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Cooked minced beef (water, beef steak (15%), bread crumb (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt, SOYA flour, sugar, vegetable oil, flour treatment agent (E300)), gravy mix (potato starch, maltodextrin, hydrogenated vegetable oil, salt, colour (E150c), flavourings, WHEAT flour, flavour enhancers (E621, E635) emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), WHEAT flour, salt, pepper), salt, pepper), Pastry pie case (WHEAT flour, water, vegetable shortening, salt), Pie lid (WHEAT flour, vegetable shortening, margarine (vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifier E471, SOYA lecithin, natural vegetable colours (E160b, E100)), water, EGG, salt) cooked.
