These Chicken and Chorizo kebabs are a lovely summer treat for a barbecue. We use chorizo and pork sausage handmade in-store, placed between chicken breast chunks, and then coated with a paprika marinate.

Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Grill or BBQ to suit your taste.
