Cooking Instructions
Microwave
Remove outer packaging and peel back or pierce holes in the plastic foil and microwave for 12 - 15 seconds on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute stir and serve.
Beware container and contents may be very hot.
Pan
Empty contents into a small saucepan and heat on a medium setting, stirring continuously.
Au-Bain-Marie
Remove outer packaging and heat the un-opened container in a pan of simmering hot water for 3 minutes. Do not boil.

water, sunflower oil, sugar. 7% honey, 6% MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD SEED, vinegar, salt, spices, natural flavouring), vinegar, apple concentrate, MILK PROTEIN, modified maize starch, spices (contains MUSTARD), salt, flavourings, colours: plain caramel and carotenes, thickener: guar gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
